Mind Your P's and Q's

Traveling down Lowest Greenville I spotted a burger joint on the corner of Ross and Greenville. This place was called Pints and Quarts. I waltzed in there and right off the back the lady at the front counter was energetic and very nice. She helped me pick out a burger that suited my hunger needs! This mouthwatering burger is called Dale's Revenge! It has crispy onion strings, habanero cheese, applewood bacon, and Dale's secret sauce! To go along with the best burger down Greenville, to drink, I had a Bishop Strawberry Cider. It tasted refreshing! Everything from the food to the service was fantastic.

To my surprise the owner of the restaurant was a classmate of mine named John Eger. He went to The Art Institute of Dallas before opening up this fantastic burger joint. He said that he is trying to expand his restaurant and set up another location in Fort Worth! I wished him good luck as I let with a smile on my face and a full stomach.

Give Me Liberty or Give Me Burgers!

Next on the burger challenge is Liberty Burger, the one located off Forest Lane! This triumphant burger was a pretty much breakfast, but burger style. This burger is called The Nooner, which was equipped with  bacon, ham, hash browns and a fried egg. To go with my burger I had a Revolver  Blood and Honey beer, which in my opinion is a great smooth, full-bodied beer with lots of flavor.

This gigantic burger was beyond delicious! Not only was the burger delicious, but the environment was very relaxed. The staff was very welcoming and helpful! While I was there the manager came over to investigate what I was up to because not many people whip out a tripod when photographing their food.

The manager, Eric Brown, was very nice! I ended up having a great conversation about photography over Nutella & Graham Cracker milkshakes.  Eric is also an inspiring Dallas photographer! You can check out some of his work on Instagram @captainn_chunk.

Overall I had a great time at Liberty Burger off Forest Lane. I will definitely be eating there again very soon.

The Burger Bus

Let me start off by saying HopDoddy in Addison had a very friendly vibe. My bartender was very lively and she helped me with a burger selection that suited my taste buds. This burger here is a Cultural Club, but with a fried egg and avocado added to it. I also ordered a Dallas Blonde beer to go with my delicious burger. This burger was a burst of flavor with every bite. If I wasn't full from eating it I would have ordered another one! I recommend anyone to go here. HopDoddy in Addison is a family friendly environment and is also located in a beautiful area right next to a sushi bar and a new AMC movie theater.
